TTCA Winter Dinner with Sir Geoffrey Cox MP

Our hardworking MP, Rt Hon Sir Geoffrey Cox KC, and your Torridge & Tavistock Assoc officer team would love to welcome you to our annual winter/Christmas dinner. 6:30 for seven.

This year’s event includes a special auction and raffle with some truly unique prizes kindly donated — including a classic Bentley wedding car hire, and more exciting treats to be revealed on the night!

Please note that on the night of the 22nd we will be auctioning the hire of the Bentley within 20 miles of Lifton for a one day use, more details to follow on the night! We will also have a superb silent auction as usual, so get those debit cards ready! Or please bring cash which is always helpful, including for the raffle.

Come along for an evening of food, friendship, and fundraising — all in support of your local Torridge and Tavistock Conservative Association.

Your ticket price includes a free strip of raffle tickets, normal cost £5. Extras will be available on the night.

We will have a silent auction with some interesting hampers.

Contactless machine will be available but please bring cash if you wish.

A donation option will be available to help subsidise young Conservatives to attend, since this is a True Blue Patrons Supper Club event.

A delicious two course supper, raffle and auction will be on offer. Plus we will be hearing from Sir Geoffrey himself who will give his customary robust take on the tumultuous political era we are living through.

*The other donations, including the racing car days et cetera, will be on a unique online auction going live in the spring. The results of which will be announced on the 20th of March at our spring supper with Jacob Rees Mogg (please save the date or email Debbie if you want to go on the list for tickets to attend – it will be popular!)

Please note in the comments, who you would like to sit next to, or if it is your first time at one of our events, you will be very welcome and there will be others like you. And if you don’t have your membership number to hand, please put TBC and we will follow up afterwards.

Parking is easily available on site, and there are some nearby overnight accommodation options easily found online if you’d like to make a weekend of it.

• Delicious two course carvery option, (three meats including beef, turkey and gammon plus lashings of vegetables) choice of serve yourself desserts (inc a GF dessert).
• Vegetarian option (e.g. meatloaf plus lashings of vegetables) choice of serve yourself desserts (inc a GF dessert).

Desert – your choice from the following (does not need to be pre-ordered as it can be chosen on the night). However, please state your dietary concerns, as GF and DF are also available.

• Chocolate brownie

This is a True Blue Patrons Supper Club event

Debbie Flint‘s True Blue Patrons Supper Club aims to assist young conservatives in attending prestigious Conservative events with impressive speakers and to encourage new youngsters to become members of the Conservative Party. Debbie Flint is Deputy Chair of Fundraising and Membership for Torridge & Tavistock Conservatives since early 2020 and 2021/22 was Patrons Chair for Reigate & Banstead. Also CWO. In November 2023, Debbie also became Deputy Chair Fundraising and Membership for all of Devon, representing 12 associations. She works in London at weekends as a TV presenter and has a writing retreat in Devon.
